          BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING FOR 2020

          BUDGET

DATE:               THURSDAY NOVEMBER 7, 2019

TIME:                6:30 PM

LOCATION:      CENTRAL PARK

                 CALL TO ORDER: 6:31 PM

PRESENT:          NANCY ZIMMER, PRESIDENT

                                    DAVID WEISBALM, VICE PRESIDENT

                                    ANDRE HARDY, SECRETARY

                                    WALT MACDONALD, DIRECTOR

                                    FELICIA ERSKINE, DIRECTOR

                                   VICKIE HOOKE, DIRECTOR

            ABSENT:        MOHAMAD KAMAREDINE, TREASURER

                A Quorum of HOA members was present.

Lee and Becky of Oasis were in attendance.

There was one home owner in attendance.

The 2020 budget was reviewed and discussed.

Motion to approve the 2020 budget was made by Nancy and seconded by Andre. All board members present accepted and the motion was approved.

Andre motioned to adjourn and it was seconded by Nancy and all approved.
