January 13, 2019 Meeting Minutes

4 members present to form a quorum, absent were Jamel Lopez, Walt McDonald, Felicia Erskine.

Motion to re-vote on HOA Board officers tabled until Tuesday January 15, 2019 by David Second by Nancy all members in attendance voted to affirm, motion carried forth.

Motion to give notice to EPM that current contract will not be renewed pending restructure made by David,  Andre second the motion all in favor present voted to pass motion.

Agenda for Tuesday’s meeting gone over and David will submit such agenda to Carol for the said meeting.
