BOARD OF DIREGTORS MEETING

PRESENT: Will Hernandez, President
Nancy Becton, Vice President
Gerry Holstein, Treasurer
Walt MacDonald, Secretary

ALSO PRESENT: Steve Caballero – Managing Partner
Sharlene Gillespie – Exclusive Property Management
HOMEOWNERS PRESENT: 25 homeowners
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. after establishing a quorum of the members.
MOTIONS:
A motion was made to approve the March 15,2016 board meeting minutes by Gerald Holstein, Treasurer and
seconded by Walt McDonald, Secretary. All in favor, motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made to approve the April 19,2016 board meeting minutes by Gerald Holstein, Treasurer and
seconded by Simone Luke, Director. AII in favor, motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made to accept $3,000.00 from Cynthia Davies within 48 hours to consider her account paid in
full, remove the lien on her property and reactivate her parking decal by Nancy Becton, Vice President and
seconded by Will Hernandez, President. Yes: Nancy Becton, Gerald Holstein & Will Hernandez. No: Simone
Luke. Motion passed.
A motion was made to accept the estimate from Hot Pools for the purchase and installation of a new pool
heater by Simone Luke, Director and seconded by Gerald Holstein, Treasurer. All in favor, motion passed
unanimously.
A motion was made to accept the estimate from ASAP Gate for the purchase and installation of a new pool
gate and possibly get a discount by Simone Luke, Director and seconded by Walt McDonald. All in favor,
motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made to have an email vote regarding fob key system by board members by Gerald Holstein,
Treasurer and seconded by Simone Luke, Director. All in favor, motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made to proceed with the landscaping and paver project with the approved budget amount of no
more than $40,000 by Walt McDonald, Secretary and seconded by Gerald Holstein, Treasurer. All in favor,
motion passed unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Board requested Manager to check the ledger regarding “Administrative Supplies” because it seemed very
high.
ADJOURNMENT:
A Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 pm. By Will Hernandez, President and seconded by Walt
McDonald, Secretary. All in favor, motion passed unanimously.
