May 24,2016-meeting minutes

Meeting took place however there were not enough Board members present for a quorum to have a meeting.  No meeting took place and nothing was discussed.  All information referredd to the next scheduled meeting on June 21, 2016 at 6:30pm. Meeting will be held at the Central Park Recreation Center.
