SUNSET COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETING MINUTES – POOLSIDE

TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2015

 

 

The meeting was called to order at 6:40pm by Simone Luke, President. Present: Simone Luke, Will Hernandez, Jack Damonte, Gerry Holstein, Glenn Parrish, Debbie Adams and Sal Gambino. Homeowners Present: 30 Blue Crest Management: Mara Carter, Property Manager

 

Sunset Cove Reserve Study completed. Glenn P. to share findings at the next Board meeting on May 19, 2015.

 

Discussion on guardhouse electronic system upgrade. Security to be trained on computer system. Security to pay more attention to logged notes on owners; make sure information is shared with next guard.

 

Motion by Gerry H. to table vote on guardhouse and pool bathroom renovation for May 19, 2015 Board meeting. ALL IN FAVOR

 

Simone L. updated owners on irrigation system/repairs and possible replacement. Motion by Gerry H. to replace pump for irrigation system. Second Glenn P., motion carried. ALL IN FAVOR, with one dissenting vote by Jack D.

 

With no further discussion, Motion by Sal G. to adjourn at 8:00pm. ALL IN FAVOR
