BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

HOMEOWNERS PRESENT: 8 homeowners.
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:35pm after establishing a quorum of the members.
MOTIONS:
Motion made by Catherine Ziegler and 2no by Will l'{ernarldez to approve the minutes
from meetings held on May 15,2018 and August 13,2018. All in favor – Motion passed.
Motion made by Will Hernandez and 2nd by Vickie Hooke to approve the new
Architectural Modification Form to be used by homeowners seeking to modify the
exterior of their homes. All in favor – Motion passed.
Motion made by Will Hernandez and 2″0 by Catherine Ziegler to approve the contract
submitted by Magical Display on the amount of $1,900 to install holiday lights by the
entrance of the community, under the condition of bringing their invoice the same day of
the installation. AII in favor – Motion passed.
Motion made by Catherine Ziegler and 2no by Will Hernandez to approve the installation
of a new doggie station on the amount of $229.00 + taxes & shipping and handling. The
new doggie station will be installed by 101 Ave. All in favor – Motion passed.
MISCELLANEOUS:
– On the Legal Case. The owner owes a total of $4,295 for which they have
expressed interest on paying the full amount to prevent a lien on their property.
– On the Financials – Felicia Erskine expressed that the Association is in good
shape.
– The letters to homeowners regarding the Amendments was tabled for later.
– The board decided not to sealcoat the pavers at the pool area for fear to the
surface to become slippery. The Property Manager expressed that this has been
the solution in many other communities and as of today there has been no
incident in any of them.
– The repairs of the guard house cameras was discussed and tabled for a later
time. One proposal was presented, for the board to have an idea of the cost of
these repairs.
– The grass installation item was also tabled.
– On the new website proposals, the board stated that they needed more time to
review them before they can make a decision.
ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Vickie Hooke and 2nd by Catherine Ziegler to adjourn the
meeting at B:00 pm. All in favor – Motion passed.
