HOA Meeting: Third Thursday of each month from 7PM

Pool Hours: 8:00 am till Sunset

Garbage Pickup: Every Wednesday & Saturday

Lawn Maintenance – Exact Dates (pending weather) will be posted each month

Jan, Feb, Nov and Dec – 2 cuts per month

Mar, Apr, May and Oct – 3 cuts per month

Jun, Jul, Aug and Sept – 4 cuts per month

Tree Trimming –

1 time in the Spring 2024 and 1 time in the Fall 2024

Royal Palms at the Pool are cleaned/ trimmed 6 times a year

Hedges: Hedges are trimmed once a month with motorized hedge trimmers. If a homeowner does not want trimming they should paint an all white circle approximately 10” in diameter on the street in the front center of their property.

Leaves: During the time of year that the leaves fall excessively, Landscaper will clear leaves every other week on the weeks that they do not cut the lawns. This will happen as long as necessary, approximately through the end of March.
